Becoming 30 has been an incredible privilege for me. I’ve navigated through various careers and ended up in modeling, launched Manas Magazine, and compiled a list of all the lessons I’ve learned so far, which I’m excited to share with you. I’m eagerly anticipating what the next decade holds in store.
With Gratitude,

- Silence is an answer.
- Some people are only around for certain seasons. They either become lessons or provide solace.
- Practice gratitude, even if it’s in the smallest of ways.
- Be in tune with your body. Workouts, activities, allergies, aches, pains. A quick check-in can prevent injuries.
- Dancing in the rain is fun; catching a cold isn’t.
- Sometimes, not forgiving can give you more peace than forgiving.
- Tough love is played out; speak with tact.
- Therapy is excellent with the right therapist.
- Whatever retort chosen in a moment of disrespect is not that terrible.
- If you want to lament your problem, pay a decent therapist. Friends are great for advice, but we can get bored listening to the same plot.
- Make wishes on 11:11, shooting stars and blowing dandelions.
- Years don’t dictate good friendships.
- Don’t speak ill about yourself. Forehead flick yourself and stop.
- It’s a lousy moment, not a bad life.
- Some people leave good first impressions and then teach you distasteful life lessons.
- Falling in love requires vulnerability and courage.
- I don’t have commitment issues; I don’t want to commit to that.
- Have a quiet corner as a go-to spot. Visit it as if you’re going to your happy place.
- Ideas are lovely, but execution is what makes it great.
- Living a life with no risks is the worst way to live.
- Listen to the words of your heart first before listening to the words coming from another’s mouth.
- Magic is real.
- Celebrate birthdays and little wins.
- The art of closing a sale is a life skill.
- Almonds are good for the memory.
- Learn to say no without feeling guilty.
- Laughing is fun.
- Growth happens when you do things outside of your comfort zone.
- Not my monkey, not my circus.
- Create your definition of happiness.
